System Overview
The Blue Whale fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine features robotic arm operation and consists of six main systems: mechanical transmission, ultrasonic, heating, drying, water supply/drainage, and electrical control. Using PLC control for easy operation, the system monitors working states and allows parameter adjustment through program modification. It automatically completes processes including rough washing, spraying, hot soaking, rinsing, bubbling, and drying, significantly reducing labor requirements and improving efficiency.
This water-based cleaning equipment uses suspension transportation with multi-position functional tanks forming a continuous production line to remove oil, dust, debris, and other contaminants from workpieces, meeting specified process requirements.
As precision cleaning equipment, it utilizes water-based cleaning agents on precision workpieces. Low alkaline cleaning solutions prepared with clean water activate water (saponification), reducing surface tension and improving activation capability to effectively remove contaminants from workpiece surfaces.

Cleaning Process
Feeding → Decarbonization → Rinsing → Ultrasonic Rough Washing → Ultrasonic Fine Washing → Ultrasonic Rinsing → Hot Air Drying → Cutting
Care Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure cleaner is clean and debris-free. Fill tank with appropriate cleaning solution and plug into grounded outlet.
- Loading: Place items in provided basket/tray without touching each other or tank sides to maintain cleaning effectiveness.
- Settings: Set cleaning time and temperature according to cleaning solution instructions. Use lower temperatures and shorter cycles for delicate items.
- Operation: Turn on ultrasonic cleaner and run for specified time. Use degassing function for a few minutes before cleaning cycle if available.
- Unloading: After cycle completion, turn off cleaner and remove basket/tray. Rinse items thoroughly with clean water to remove residue.
- Maintenance: Empty tank after each use, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and wipe dry with soft cloth. Store in clean, dry place.
